The self esteem and social skills group for adolescent girls is a 6 week series that runs approximately from September to June of each year. The group targets girls from 5th to 8th  grade who are struggling to connect with peers, difficulty making and maintaining friendships, and their confidence. Mallory has been running this group 8 years, and it provides girls a normalizing and validating environment to practice social skills while talking about various topics such as peer relations, anxiety, depression, family, body image, academic stress, and coping skills. She provides a free 20 minute intake session for the girls and their parents, so you and her can decide together if the group is a good fit. Please contact Mallory for more details.
